About this house rental
Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to the Woodlands, that is centrally located to everything. This home is just two miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and two miles to downtown Estes Park. As you walk in, you can't help but notice the large spacious living area with twenty-foot wall of windows to enjoy the surrounding mountains. Step out onto the large deck to enjoy breathtaking views of Castle Mountain and rock cropings on this 1.3 acre property. Relax on the outdoor sectional or at the dining table with gas fire pit while you cook on the gas grill. Enjoy a restful night in one of the three large bedrooms with king beds on the main level and two bedrooms with bunk beds on the walkout level, that provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to twelve people. After a fun day of adventure and sightseeing, you can relax in a private hot tub to soothe sore muscles, play games with family and friends, or take in a movie. This amazing home will provide you with all the comforts needed to enjoy a wonderful Rocky Mountain Vacation.

Great stay, for our family of 11, the house was just perfect. Plenty of space for all of us to hang out without feeling crowded. Beautiful location, close to town.

This lovely home was very spacious and was supplied well with all you need to keep your family happy. There was an abundance of bath towels and hot tub towels. The kitchen had everything it needed for cooking, baking, and preparing food. The appliances were very high end. We really enjoyed that it had several living areas, both inside and out. A very lovely place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was plenty big enough for all 11 adults to have their own space and enjoy each other’s company. The house was fitted with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. We can’t wait to visit Estes Park again!

This was our second stay at the property and we had as much fun this time as the previous time. The wildlife was entertaining--birds, elk, and turkeys. The house allows ample space with areas for games, quiet reading time, and eating and is well appointed. The hot tub was a highlight. We were thankful for the guest information on how to operate the dishwasher, as it can be a challenge.. Looking forward to stay #3.

Our family came from all over to meet up here. We had a 1 year old, 10 and 12 year old. The place was VERY well stocked for infant/toddlers and the bigger kids had a blast with the pool table and shuffle board. We all enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood and all of the wild animals that passed through each day. HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone.

What a wonderful house to share with friends and children. We had so much wildlife that would pass by daily. The kitchen is well equipped which was a plus! There are many places to hike close to the house and the hot tub was amazing after a long hiking day. We also loved the table fireplace and games that were available with the house! The pictures really don't do the property justice.

We can not say enough great things for this home. The location is fantastic and the home is better than the pictures. The service and attention from the company was incredible. Sorry we got loud one night while celebrating a 36th BDay.

This beautiful cabin was designed just right to accommodate our family group-adults and children. It was clean and well supplied with supplies and with games and entertainment.

Our family of Twelve ranging from 7 & up to 70 had a wonderful time. When we were at the house the kids were happy with all the games as well as the adults. Rooms were great & comfortable for all. We loved sitting on the deck every morning & evening and you could see 6-7 turkeys in the yard. Also saw a deer close by. RMNP just a few miles away and Estes Park also a couple miles. We would love to return someday & I would recommend to anyone!

We had a family girls weekend here. There was plenty of space to spread out and comfortable sleeping for all. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. The deck was a beautiful gathering place and we enjoyed the hot tub!! We also saw lots of wildlife including a bear, turkeys, deer and the biggest elk I’ve ever seen.
We were there for the wine festival and were thrilled to find out that the shuttle picks up and drops off very nearby. So convenient and it’s free!!
We had a fantastic stay and would like to stay there again!

We met family from Nebraska, Montana and Texas at this house and it was the perfect house and location for us. The beds were comfortable and fit the 12 of us comfortably. We were so close to downtown Estes and to Rocky Mountain National Park but had the peacefulness of being right outside of town. We would definitely go back.

No need for me to try to expand on the over one hundred 5 star reviews. They are all accurate!
Our family of 7 adults and 4 children enjoyed every minute of our stay. Seeing the family of 17 turkeys grazing in the back area, or the 8 point elk walking through the area or the deer up on the hill directly behind the house were just some off the highlights for us.
The house was great, the location to area activities was great, and the mountains are spectacular.
Just one hint: if you are going into the National Park make sure you have all the entry reservations made before you go -- the park limits the number of vehicles each day.

We stayed with our two children and spouses along with five grandchildren. We absolutely loved the space as there was room to be together but never over crowded. The kitchen was fabulous and we used the outdoor deck the most. The proximity to downtown Estes and the Fall River Entrance for RMNP could not be better. The location was quiet and we enjoyed elk and turkey passing through the backyard almost every night.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It has everything you could want: huge kitchen with quality appliances and supplies, enough seating for very large groups, amazing views from the deck, hot tub and fire table for chilly evenings, luxury bathrooms with spa quality towels, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, ceiling fans in each bedroom, a lower level game/tv room the kids never wanted to leave.
We’ve stayed at other high-level vacation homes but there’s usually a couple features that could be improved or updated. I can’t think of one thing I would change. Seriously, the host has considered practically everything and gone the extra mile to make their home worth the premium price.

This was our annual family trip, we chose Estes so we could hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is very close to downtown Estes Park but also far enough away to have a beautiful mountain view. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out. I can't recommend it enough, it is a fabulous house.

I stayed here with 12 adults all in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect for a group our size and very comfortable. Great location to many activities. Hosts were super responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone in our party was pleased with the amenities. We used the fire pit daily as well as the hot tub. The view from the deck was hard to beat. We were pleasantly surprised by elk across the road the morning of check out.

This is a wonderful home! The kitchen is well stocked, even including a blender, waffle iron, crock pot and instant pot. Everything was very clean. Our group really enjoyed playing pool, shuffleboard, and games. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed seeing wildlife on the property each day. Location is perfect for getting groceries and gong into the park. We hope we can stay again someday!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! We came with family & friends for a relaxing mountain getaway, and we loved every minute. The house was really spacious, and it was perfect for watching movies, playing pool, and enjoying meals together while we stayed cozy inside. The town of Estes is really close, so picking up groceries or takeout was only a few short minutes away. The property manager was easy to reach and very prompt in getting back to us when we had a question. We will definitely come back!
