This property was built in the 1920's, renovated 2023-24. The home boasts 9 lovely bedrooms, 7 bathrooms. With its vast living room, dining room and kitchen it’s perfect for entertaining large groups. This spacious waterfront home(roughly 9000 sqft), is in close proximity to downtown (2 blocks). Enjoy a stroll to the lake and the sprawling yard for gathering and games. The private beach is perfect for waterfront activities, complete with incredible sunsets, lounge chairs, kayaks, paddle-boards and fire pit to enjoy the long summer days.
