La casa vacanze di circa 80 mq sorge in una proprietà di circa 1300 mq. La vista panoramica sul mare è mozzafiato.
Una veranda arredata consente di pranzare, cenare e rilassarsi all`aperto, preparando anche gustose grigliate al barbecue in muratura.
Gli interni di sviluppano su due livelli: al piano terra ci sono il soggiorno, 1 camera tripla e 1 bagno. Al piano superiore ci sono la seconda camera matrimoniale con letti separabili e un terrazzino.

Tutti i principali servizi sono raggiungibili in auto in pochi minuti. A circa 1500 metri da casa, è presente una pista di go kart.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning pnly in the bedroom on the first floor.
- For safety reasons, it is forbidden to access the main terrace from the terrace of the room on the first floor.
- The staircase to access the first floor is a bit steep.
