Nestled among the swaying palm trees at the Margaritaville-inspired One Particular Harbor Resort is a recently updated condominium with a classic old Florida feel. From the moment you swing open the front door and view the sun-drenched living and dining areas, you'll know you've found the ultimate home for your whole family to relax and unwind on island time. The spacious, open-concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and everything you need to prepare a quick snack or full course meal. A large island has bar seating and a deep sink facing the living area that looks at the bay. New flooring and new furnishings make this condo a place you want to stay! Off to the side, you will find the dining table where you can enjoy an evening meal. The cozy living space has plenty of seating and a large flat-screen television that's perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. But, that's not all. Off the living room, you will find 16-foot glass doors that open up completely— merging the indoor and outdoor spaces for an authentic tropical oasis experience. The patio is thoroughly screened in and overlooks the bay where you are sure to catch the beautiful sunsets. The three spacious bedrooms offer plenty of flexible sleeping space for the whole family. This property is also equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and beach chairs and umbrella for use during your stay.

RESORT AMENITIES

Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH
Located on a private island 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach with all the beach gear provided!
The condo's prime location offers easy access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters that make this area a top vacation destination.

GATED COMMUNITY
This property is located in a secure, gated community. A fob is required to access the gates, and you can conveniently pick one up 24/7 at our location on Manatee Avenue, making your arrival seamless.

LINEN PROGRAM
This property is part of our Professional Linen Program. At Coastal Chic Vacations, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality experience for our guests. Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting using only perfume and dye-free soaps, guaranteeing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Amazing stay! The condo was exactly as described and even better in person. The location was perfect and just a short drive to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The condo itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. We especially loved the screened-in balcony with its ocean view. Checking in and out was convenient and easy. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a superb stay at Angler’s Bay. The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay. We loved the area, only 5/10 minute drive to Anna Maria Island and it’s beautiful beaches! The view from the apartment was also absolutely gorgeous!!

Condo was gorgeous. Pool was too small and crowded but we went at a very busy time. View was spectacular and the porch was amazing to watch sunsets. Short drive over the bridge to the beaches. Going to the public beaches are much better on a Monday- Thurs. weekends in June are insane! First time here but will come back.

Amazing experience, from the reservation, check in process to the property itself. The apartment was super clean, like new, with everything you need for an amazing stay, all things work properly and it is very well equipped. View to Ana María island was an unexpected great surprise, I will for sure repeat, highly recommended, great and convenient location.

This condo complex was in a perfect location, away from the traffic jams on Anna Maria Island. It was, comfortable, serene, clean and tastefully decorated! The 3 bedrooms were located apart from each other for privacy. The only downside was that the nooseeums came right through the screens on the veranda, so we couldn't sit on the veranda with out being bitten alive. That said, the waterfront view from the living room was very nice. I'd highly recommend this property.
