Völlig ungeeignet, für einen entspannten Wellnessurlaub trotz überragendem Personal!

Das komplette Personal hat wirklich 5 Sterne verdient! Freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit genug Auswahl. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für 5 Tage gebucht.

Ein viel zu kleiner und unruhiger Wellnesbereich in dem Kleinkinder Zugang (ca. 7 Jahre) hatten und in dem kleinen Pool ohne Rücksicht planschten, sprangen und schreiten, natürlich unter Aufsicht des Vaters. An Ruhe und Entspannung war dann nicht zu denken. Auch stehen im gesamten Wellnesbereich, inkl. Pool, nur insgesamt 13 Liegen zur Verfügung. Nur zur Info, das Hotel war ausgebucht. Unser Doppelzimmer war geräumig aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es von Nöten mehr als nur eine Kleiderstange mit 7 Kleiderbügel zu haben. Auch sehr irritiert haben uns die Scheiben, durch die man aus dem Wohn.-Schlafbereich in das Bad schauen kann. Wer drauf steht beim Zähne butzen oder der Körperpflege beobachtet zu werden, bestimmt eine tolle Sache. Wir empfanden es als sehr unangenehm und verstehen nicht den Sinn der dahinter stecken soll.

Schönes Hotel mit ausbaufähigem Service und Essen.

Schöne und moderne Zimmer, kleiner Sauna und Wellnessbereich.

Teile des Personals offensichtlich noch in Ausbildung und nicht ausreichend geschult, Essen im Hotel wegen Veranstaltungen am Wochenende nur schwer möglich.

if you are not coming by car, it can be challenging, buses aren’t driving that regularly.

Perfect place to relax and refuel just outside the bustling Ruhr Area

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Germany. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, great amenities (including an infrared cabin). Delicous breakfast buffet and the restaurant is also worth visiting!

First night no electricity in the plugs of the room we had to change the room but the staff was perfect and reacted immediately

The hotal was very nice, design. The breakfast was good and diverse. The pool and spa, was clean and relaxing.

At the restaurant we were told, there was no more places and we should avec booked a table. But cleary they were some table left and still the same place available an hour after... Also it would be nice if at the reception they told us when we arrive, that the restaurant need to be booked.

Nice modern place in the middle of nowhere

The room was just perfect. Really comfy and modern. The breakfast was nice too. Although when serving a buffet it would be better to have plastic gloves in place (COVID-19). Price of the hotel is okay.

Dinner in the restaurant was somewhat boring and the service could be more relax and fun. They also should ask if there are any diet wishes (and not serve meat to a vegetarian). The lasagne was just sauce and not good. During the check-in it would be nice if they can ask you if you like to have any suggestions about the area.

Sleepless night

Nice modern building,

Normaly this should have been a good restplace, away from traffic and streetnoice. But the Hotel seems not to have a silent hours polecy. Right under the room windows on the inner court are benches and tables. At our stay people where allowed to sit there a^^arantly all night. The staff is only available till 23:00. Nobody to reach to silent the group outside. At 03:00 in the night I could not stand the noice anymore and shouted out of my window for silence. Nobody cared and they went on practicaly untill the morning. On e should think a hotel is there to catch some sleep. The next day I was wrecked and still had some hard 800 kilometers ahead.
