This spacious, well-thought-out property has everything you need to get comfortable with friends and family in one of the most beautiful towns on the Oregon Coast.

With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to spread out in this roomy split-level floor plan. Upon entering the home, you’ll see a short staircase leading up to the second story. Find yourself in the cozy yet spacious main living room, turn on the gas fireplace with the click of a button, and pick your favorite movie to stream through the surround-sound speakers. While you pop some popcorn in the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, wander down the hall to the luxurious primary suite complete with a Keurig coffee maker, majestic fireplace, an elegant soaking tub flanked by twin vanities, and french doors leading to the deck. Snag this bedroom and listen to the birds sing while you sip your morning coffee in perfect solitude! Upstairs, there is also a tasteful nautical-themed bedroom with a queen bed and a desk for those who need to get some work done. There’s a separate twin bed in a charming room off of the primary bedroom. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the cupboard at the end of the hall full of all the best board games.

Downstairs, there is a second common space with a gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV with a DVD/VCR player including many VHS tapes and DVDs, and 2 cushy twin beds. Just down the hall, you’ll find a roomy Americana-themed bedroom with a plush king-sized bed and another twin bed off to the side. Across the hallway is the laundry room leading to an impressive garage turned “man-cave” equipped with a gorgeous billiard table and giant flatscreen TV. Lovingly decorated with fun and creative touches, this space is perfect for making lasting memories of family game nights and competitive pool tournaments! There are also sand toys and other beach gear for guests to enjoy while relishing in “beach time”.

Spend your evenings relaxing by one of the barrel-style fire pits or roast s’mores over the rustic wood-burning fire pit nestled in the pine trees. You may even get a visit from one of the local white-tail deer or a curious chipmunk if you’re lucky enough.

Walking distance to the eclectic main street of town, Laneda Avenue, and just a few blocks from the sand, this property is sure to become your favorite home away from home!

Large, clean, well-stocked house 1 block from the main drag and 4 blocks from the beach. 3 suggestions: Needs an axe or hatchet to split the firewood provided; Needs a large stainless steel pot for boiling corn on the cob and pasta, etc.; The stairway from the front door landing to the main floor has one too many steps and is potentially dangerous because the bottom step extends beyond the pony wall between the stairs going up to the main floor and the stairs going down to the basement. As a result, there were several instances of people stumbling on the bottom step going downstairs. The suggested fix would be to extend the pony wall the length of the bottom step so the person descending the stairs would see that the pony wall and the bottom step are coterminous.

We enjoyed our stay “On Beach Time”. It had so many extras that helped make it a pleasant stay: beach towels, dishwasher tabs, detergent, extra pillows and blankets, speakers, beach toys, firewood, etc. We would recommend!

Wonderful house with plenty of amenities, would definitely enjoy this home in the summer with all the beach supplies. The master suite is amazing and the beds were comfortable. Can’t wait to can’t me back!

It was clean, functional, and comfortable- had everything we needed in the kitchen, great hang out spaces, and private bedrooms, and nice how close to the town, and beach it is with an awesome deck to sun bath!
