The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with the same setup. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and TV, is bathed in natural light from ample windows and flows seamlessly into the full kitchen. The dining area, with seating for six, offers convenient access to the backyard.
A flex room off the living area provides additional entertainment options with a large TV, fun chairs, and oversized pouf seating. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, both an in-ground fire ring and a propane version are available (when burn ban is not in effect). The fully fenced yard ensures privacy, and the covered patio offers a relaxing outdoor seating area.
