Burleigh Heads is a gem on the Gold Coast, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and vibrant community life. The area is famous for its stunning beach, loved by both surfers for its excellent waves and families for its safe swimming spots. The Burleigh Head National Park provides scenic walking trails with breathtaking views of the coastline and the chance to spot local wildlife.
The neighborhood is bustling with trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, making it a haven for foodies and shoppers alike. There's always something happening, from local markets offering fresh produce and handmade goods to live music events that bring the community together.
For groups of family and friends, there's no shortage of activities. You are also invited to use the properties amenities, including pool (with pool towels provided), a BBQ and dinning area.

The main lounge area boasts an oversized couch plus Smart TV. There is a second lounge area also equipped with a couch and Smart TV - perfect for multiple families or if you want the kids and parents to have their own space!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and entertain.
==Bedrooms==
There are 5 bedrooms.
Master - Queen Bed, walk in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, ducted aircon, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom.
Bed 2 - Queen Bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, ducted aircon, ceiling fan, and direct access to the main bathroom. Note there are two doors to this bathroom, one from the hallway and one from this bedroom.
Bed 3 - Double Bed, wardrobe, beside tables and lamps, ducted aircon, and ceiling fan.
Bed 4 - Double Bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, ducted aircon, and ceiling fan.
Bed 5 - 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), wardrobe, beside tables and lamps, ducted aircon, and ceiling fan.

There is great indoor/outdoor flow between the lounge and the pool/dining/BBQ areas.
The backyard is private and all yours to enjoy.

There is a printed guidebook/house manual containing all of our local recommendations.
There is plenty of free on and off street parking available at the house.
**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
**Other things to note:**
This property is not suitable for parties.
Please be respectful of our neighbours & keep noise to a minimum after 9pm and don't make noise outdoors after 9pm as sound travels easily!
This doesn't mean you cant enjoy yourself, chat, play music etc., please just keep it to a reasonable level.
Our co-host lives close by if there are any issues.
House parties are not be tolerated and will be shut down immediately with no refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
NO SCHOOLIES, PARTIES, HENS/BUCKS GROUPS. This home is in a nice, quiet area with lovely neighbours who shouldn't be disturbed by excessive noise.
