There is a small storage house that is locked and off access. Aside from that, the entire house is yours.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "1107 Shadowcrest Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028" for accurate distances.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.

• Can I host events? Yes, gatherings with low noise are allowed. Update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee.

• How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products.

• Safety devices on site?
There are 2 security devices.

One security camera: Front door only. The front door security camera records the driveway activities 24/7 to protect guests and hosts.

One noise decibel monitor: Backyard pool area only to prevent prolonged loud noise. The Minute noise level monitoring device does not record any audio. It only monitors the noise level all the time and will let you know if you are potentially too noisy for the neighborhood.

Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. Thank you
