Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Forced-air heating. Balcony 10 m2, terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. On the ground floor: one apartment with external entrance, living/dining area, open kitchen and 1 bedroom, the second apartment with external entrance, living/dining area, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms. On the first floor: apartment with living/dining area, open kitchen and 3 bedrooms. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
