The living room has a large sofa and a cozy area for evenings. Guests have access to a comfortable fold-out sofa and a Smart TV and free WiFi. The apartment is also equipped with a kitchenette with full amenities: fridge, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and hood.

Due to the nature and location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to follow our House Rules. Above all, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (organizing parties is strictly prohibited) and smoking in the apartment is forbidden.

1.Turn off lights when you are not using them.
2. Don't allow unverified people into the apartment.
3. You are fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred
during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage if it occurs.
4. Persons not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly forbidden if they have not been
discussed in advance with the host.
6. Make sure all windows are closed before leaving.

penalty fee.
8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per 1 hour.
