This exquisite Scottsdale Tee Time is situated on an expansive one acre lot backing up to the 19th hole of Starfire Golf Club. The property has been fully renovated and features resort-style amenities in its exclusive backyard. Although it offers a tranquil atmosphere, you remain close to many attractions that make Scottsdale the ideal vacation destination, including TPC Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Westworld of Scottsdale, and the Quarter, where you can delight in an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

This remarkable residence features an expansive 3,096 square feet, with six bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.

Upon entering through the inviting front door, you'll find yourself in the formal seating area alongside the pool table room. Continuing down the hallway, you will arrive at the spacious open floor plan that encompasses the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Living Room: This room features comfortable furnishings such as a large sectional sofa and a 75” Smart TV. There is a patio door that leads outside to the side patio that offers seating.

Sunroom/Game Room: Additional seating can be found in the sun room that offers sofa seating with accent chairs and a 70” Smart TV. Adjacent to this area is the game room. Enjoy watching some sports on the 70” Smart TV or partake in game of billiards!

Kitchen: The generously sized kitchen comes complete with modern stainless-steel appliances, featuring a 4-burner gas range. The elegantly designed waterfall kitchen island provides seating for four, making it perfect for casual dining. As you prepare delectable meals in the well-appointed kitchen, you can enjoy views of the backyard oasis through the expansive kitchen window.

Dining Room: This area offers a table and seating for eight. Access to the backyard. (Additional leaves in the pantry to expand the table for larger groups)

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King-size bed, 70” Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Take advantage of the French doors leading out to the back patio. The ensuite bathroom offers Jack-and-Jill vanity areas, an oversized walk-in shower, and a separate jetted tub.

Bedroom 2 — Queen-size bed, 55” Smart TV. Access to a full shared bathroom.

Bedroom 3 — Full over Full bunk bed, twin over full bunk bed and 55” Smart TV. Access to full shared bathroom.

Bedroom 4 — King-size bed and 55” Smart TV. Access to full shared bathroom.

Bedroom 5— Queen-size bed and 55” Smart TV. Access to full shared bathroom.

Bedroom 6 — Queen-size bed and 55” Smart TV. Access to full shared bathroom.

Bathrooms 2 and 3 are shared and both feature a glass shower.

Outdoor patio spaces
You'll love relaxing and having fun in the resort-style backyard. Take a dip in the private pool (heated for an additional fee) or unwind in the above-ground hot tub! There are ample outdoor seating areas featuring a 70” Smart TV. Fire up your favorites on the gas BBQ grill and enjoy the built-in fire table island with seating options! Want to gather around a fire with friends in the evening? There's a second fire table with plenty of seating available! You'll also find a 4-hole putting green and a chipping area. This backyard truly has everything you need for a perfect day in the desert—complete with cornhole, a ping pong table, and more! Plus, enjoy private gate access to the golf course path leading to Starfire Golf Course Club!

Pool is a diving pool with a 9' deep (north) end and 3'-4' (south) end

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.

Internet Access: High-speed Internet (Up to 600 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up)

Entertainment: Ten Smart TVs throughout the property, including in all bedrooms

Laundry: Yes, washer and dryer and additional refrigerator in laundry room.

Parking: There is a 3 car garage and ample parking in the driveway for an additional 6 vehicles.

Security cameras: Yes, cameras cover front driveway, north and south side yards, inside garage and a ring front door camera. Cameras are active 24/7 and during reservations.

Additional Amenities: Owner has provided a pack n play for guest use.

Great location on a golf course and several great courses nearby. Plenty of room for a group of friends.

Great location and amenities. Stayed at 19th hole with some old high school buddies and it was a perfect location for Spring Training baseball games and golf. Plenty of TVs set up for great NCAA basketball tournament viewing and lots to do in and around the house. Pool, hot tub, BBQ, firepits, chipping green, putting green, and horseshoe area all were utilized to keep everyone entertained. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of everything needed. Can't wait to go back next year !

Great house, well put together and very clean. Clear and concise directions for everything. Long list of potential fees makes you a bit nervous to get extra charges on checkout but the property managers are very fair and helpful to work with.

This house was incredible! It was in immaculate condition and very well stocked for our friends weekend group who really enjoys cooking. We actually pivoted some of our weekend plans to spend more time at the house! Kudos to Darlene, our Guest Services Rep, who was very responsive and accommodating! This house is a 10/10!

The property manager (Darlene) is amazing to work with. Right from the start she is communicative and helps address our needs and offers additional services that our group never thought of. The space is clean and well furnished, lots of games/activities to keep everyone busy. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood as well.

This house was perfect for our group! This was honestly the best vacation house we have been to and plan on coming back soon. The staff was there 24/7 if you ever needed anything or had questions. If I could give this place 100/10 I would!

This was by far the nicest VRBO we have ever rented. Having basketball, cornhole, badminton, pool table as well as the pool & hot tub kept everyone entertained. Bedrooms, bathrooms & etc very comfortable, kitchen spacious, had cooking utensil & everything! Close to stores was a plus.

Our entire party had a fabulous time! The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. The chipping and putting green allowed us to warm up in the morning b4 playing. We definitely plan on booking the same place next year!
