This remarkable property, Travioli Mountain Retreat, sits just south of Shaver Lake and offers sweeping views of the surrounding landscape punctuated by the abundant pine trees that cover the region. In the warmer months, Shaver Lake is a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, with beaches, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and more right at your fingertips. The nearby town offers several dining destinations where you can grab your food to go or stay and get to know the locals. Back at the home, you’ll have plenty more opportunity to take in the sights and sounds of the outdoors, with a spacious deck offering ample seating options for relaxation as well as entertainment. Take your meals al fresco while enjoying the fresh mountain air or fire up the barbeque and host a delicious afternoon cookout. We can assure you that you’ll never tire of being immersed in this gorgeous wilderness!
Indoors, the views won’t be far away, with floor to ceiling picture windows infusing the home with natural light. The expansive living room offers plush leather sofa seating, cable TV, and a focal point wall-to-wall stone gas fireplace. In the cooler months, put on the big game and light a cozy fire, creating the perfect ambiance for an afternoon of fun and excitement. Make your way toward the kitchen and dining room, where an elegant dining set can comfortably seat 10 in front of another picturesque set of windows. Steps away, the kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with all major appliances, drip coffee maker, and a full suite of cookware and dining ware for the convenience of preparing whatever type of meal you fancy. Work up an appetite in the garage converted game room, where pool and foosball tables await round after round of friendly competition. If you’re seeking some private time, the loft of the 2nd floor is a great spot to get away, and you can bring your own gaming console to hook up to the provided TV for hours of electronic fun.
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and patio access.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and an in-room sink.
Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed, deck access, in-room sink, and TV for watching DVDs or VHS.
The home also includes 2 additional guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
