As Kelly Greens enjoys an exceptional Southwest Florida location, you will find yourself within minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and Bunche Beach State Park, popular places for swimming, fishing, birdwatching and much more! For an optional Membership transfer fee ($600 fee to be paid directly to the HOA), you get the full enjoyment of the Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club, including an 18-hole championship golf, tournament level clay tennis courts, wellness center, indoor and outdoor full-service restaurant, clubs, lounge, snack bar and a variety of other fun activities planned every month. A lounge and snack bar are also part of this terrific community. A smaller ‘Dining-Only’ transfer fee ($200 fee) is also an option if you choose.

This vacation condo was incredible! The pictures truly don't do it justice as I was continually surprised by little features that I want to incorporate into my own house. Things like cabinet lights in the kitchen, and crown molding lights in other rooms. A heated towel rack in the bathroom. A mirror with an anti-fog mode! This ground floor unit was perfect for my parents and I. They are in their 70s and also enjoyed how wide open everything was. Location is good as well. Quiet, but a quick 10 minute drive to the beach. Our host Kamila was very responsive. Have already recommended this VRBO to a friend and will look for it the next time I visit Fort Myers.

We were thrilled with our stay in this condo! The condo is in the perfect location (Kelly Greens) close to Love Boat Ice Cream, restaurants, 5 miles from the beach, and is in a quiet neighborhood that is great for walking, biking, etc. To top it off, the condo is next to a pool & hot tub. During our stay, we only shared the pool with someone once (not busy at all). Our host was very responsive as we talked back and forth multiple times throughout the week via text.
