PARKING
Please note, guests are not allowed to use the underground parking area. There is a first-come-first-served parking area plus one vehicle can park on the street immediately outside the property. If you have bikes with you, there is lots of space on back patio - please bring your own locks.

MAIN LEVEL
Enter into a spacious lounge area with a cozy dining space, complete with a TV mounted over a fireplace for relaxed evenings in. Please note, the fireplace does not blow hot air but the lights work. To your left, find a convenient closet for storing your belongings, ensuring a clutter-free environment. Adjacent to the lounge, discover a well-appointed WC for added convenience. The large kitchen boasts ample counter space and is equipped with all the essential appliances for a family kitchen. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans are provided for your culinary adventures. Enjoy meals together with counter seating and easy access to the outdoor patio. Step outside onto the back patio, where a dining table and chairs, gas BBQ, and stunning views await.

UPPER LEVEL
Ascend the stairs to find a thoughtfully designed layout with comfortable sleeping accommodations. The double bedroom offers ample closet space and a cozy atmosphere for restful nights. Retreat to the primary bedroom, featuring a luxurious king bed, private patio with chairs for morning coffee or stargazing, and a smart TV with Shaw cable for entertainment. Refresh in the ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. Along the hall, discover a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo, complete with locally made body wash/shampoo and hotel-quality towels for your comfort. Additional sleeping arrangements include a twin over double bunk bed and a king-size floor bed bedroom with closet space, ensuring ample room for the whole family.

There is a hide-a-bed at this property but it is not intended for use. If you require it, you will need to bring your own bed linens as they are not provided.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire townhouse and patio and outdoor common spaces. Guests cannot park in the underground parking due to space, however, feel free to keep bicycles and such locked in there if you wish.

If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. Please note, while we do not allow guests to bring their pets the owner does have a dog that stays with them when here.
