The house is only 5km away from La Rotonde, the central fountain of Aix en Provence and seats on the top of the residential hill of Le Montaiguet with exclusive privacy and infinite view of Nature around.
The house comes with two indoor parking, two outdoor ones, and four visitors’ car spaces; The access of the house is secured through a large remote control entrance gate as well as remote alarm protection.
The house is equipped with a central heating system, full AC units and a large infinite pool overlooking the forest with attached Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue.
The house is fully furnished with local furniture as well as exotic ones and includes a master house, a guest house and a studio as detailed below:

Large panoramic saloon with sofa, coffee table, and fire
Modern open plan kitchen with induction hob, large American fridge, dishwasher, and dining table for 8 people

First floor:
Master bedroom overlooking the forest and the pool, with en-suite bathroom, Italian style shower, hydrotherapy tub and toilet

Integrated kitchen with fridge, microwave, and ceramic hob
Panoramic saloon with fireplace and dining table for 4 people
One guest office room to be converted into a kid bedroom if needed
