The Southend is the "new" hot neighborhood along West Palm Beach's waterfront. Lovingly nicknamed "SoSo" (South of Southern) West Palm Beach, the neighborhood runs from Southern Blvd to the Canal, before West Palm Beach becomes Lake Worth, along Flagler Dr west to South Dixie. The Southend or SoSo, was mainly built in the 40's and 50's and features many "ranch" style concrete block homes from that era, a good amount of mid-century modern, and then a diverse architecture list from there - everything from ultra modern to Mediterranean. The area has become very popular with many homes being renovated as great restaurants and shops open along the Dixie corridor. Just a short walk to the Intracoastal has always been a highlight and draw of the neighborhood, as many residents walk and bike (or walk their dogs) up and down Flagler Drive along the waterway.

This retreat features three beautifully appointed bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: A serene haven with a king-sized bed.
- Bedroom 2: A cozy escape with a queen-sized bed.
- Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids or friends with two twin beds.
The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, ensuring a restful stay with fresh linens and a full supply of towels provided.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.
External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.
