Welcome to this amazing new luxury home! It's totally family-friendly and has six ensuite bedrooms plus a powder room, so there's plenty of room for up to 14 people. This home has plenty to offer – a heated pool with a spa, an elevator that goes to all three floors, and a hot tub on the deck of the main bedroom. Plus, you can check out the bay and ocean views from a bunch of different decks, and then kick back by the pool after a day at the beach. Oh, and there's a TV in each of the 6 bedrooms, the living room, and the family room. The first floor is where the fun begins, with a family room by the pool that has a wet bar, two ensuite bedrooms, and a laundry room. On the second floor, you'll find a super comfy living area with a gas fireplace and a chef’s kitchen that's perfect for hanging out and cooking up a storm. And don't forget the grill outside for cookouts and outdoor fun. The third level is all about relaxation, with the main bedroom suite featuring a king-size bed and its own deck with a hot tub! There's also another suite with access to a sun deck, and a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. Outside, you'll love the private, beautifully landscaped area around the heated pool with a spa, a garage for your bikes and beach toys, and an outdoor shower. And guess what? It's just three blocks to the beach and four blocks to the Avalon yacht club. This place has everything you need for an awesome vacation – beach cart, umbrellas, beach tags, and a departure cleaning service are all included. With so much space and so many cool features, this home is perfect for your family. And it's not just for summer – it's also a great spot for a holiday getaway and is available off-season too. You'll need to stay for at least seven days, with check-in on Saturday at 2 PM and check-out the following Saturday at 10 AM. What are you waiting for?
