The highlight of this property is the private gated access to Seven Shillings Beach. From the boathouse, you can easily access the sand and enjoy the tranquility of the harbor. The boathouse is equipped with outdoor seating, making it perfect for picnics or enjoying the water.
Winanga House is located on prime real estate in Point Piper, the most prestigious suburb in Australia. The home features new furniture and recently installed air-conditioning units throughout to ensure your comfort. However, the kitchen, bathrooms, and pool are original, functional but dated in style.
Additionally, the walk down to the harbour and the boat house involves a steep descent. It’s a scenic and adventurous walk for younger guests but may be challenging for elderly visitors or those with mobility concerns.

Top Floor:
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Two bedrooms with a queen bed, two extra-long single beds made up as a king bed currently, and a single sofa bed, sharing a bathroom.
Ground Floor:
TV/rumpus room with a queen sofa bed.
Bedroom with a queen bed.
Bathroom with easy access to a terrace and dining area.
Two deluxe air beds can be provided for extra guests.
