- Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional $225 - $275 (depending on season) per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days.
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use
- Please be aware that rattlesnakes and other wildlife may inhabit this area, and it is important to stay aware of your surroundings

- The card holder on the payment card used for the reservation must match the main booking guest on the Rental Agreement.
