Our house is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. For this reason, we do not allow parties, and we ask that you be good neighbors. We do enforce quiet hours after 10:00pm, do not allow pets, and only allow a maximum of 10 people at the property at a time (including guests just visiting for the day).

INDOOR LIVING: Lake views, 2 Smart TVs (no cable, will need to log in with your own streaming accounts), 6-seat dining table, ceiling fans, walk-in closet, ample lighting
KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishware + flatware, cooking basics, garbage disposal, ice maker, complimentary spices, trash bags + paper towels, water filter, bar seating
GENERAL: Free WiFi, central A/C, stackable washer + dryer, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, keyless entry

This property features 3 exterior security cameras: a Ring Doorbell device, an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry, and a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the back outdoor entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
- NOTE: The fireplace is not available for guest use

-Check out time is 11am
-Put used towels in a pile
-Put used dishes in dishwasher and start it
-Remove any food/drink from the refrigerator
-Take out trash to outside bins (outside fence by garage)
