A 16 ft pocket door seamlessly connects the kitchen to the pool area, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.

Step outside and discover a beautifully appointed outdoor kitchen adorned with a spacious seating area and a dining table that comfortably accommodates 10 people. For additional seating, there is a versatile counter island which can easily seat 4 more guests. Furthermore, the outdoor space features not only a professional pizza oven and a kegerator, but also two heaters, ensuring a cozy and inviting atmosphere for alfresco dining and entertaining.

Please keep noise to a minimum ALL DAY, including children playing loudly, parties and no loud noises between 10 PM and 8:00 AM. The county is strict about this, and you could incur a $1000 fine.
