This cozy, spacious home has everything that you need for an unforgettable stay! Enjoy a movie or your favorite series in the large living room with the 65” SMART TV and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, plus local channels. Take advantage of the free high speed internet and catch-up on work, or play video games on the full size Ms Pac-Man & Marvel Arcades, while your favorite meal is being prepared in our fully equipped kitchen! Relax on the back patio while BBQing your favorite meal. The kids will not want to leave the awesome inflatable water park with 2 slides, soccer goals, & basketball hoops! Or catch up on your rest and rejuvenate in our comfortable rooms!
The house is ideally located less than 3 miles from Lake Mary, ~ 5 miles from Sanford, and just under 30 miles from Orlando! With free parking and loads of modern amenities, whether you are in town for a family vacation, or for a corporate team meeting, this cozy house is close to everywhere that you need to be! Extended stay guests are also welcome!

Complimentary hand towels, bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, bar soap and toilet paper are available in all bathrooms.
