The large kitchen island seats four, making it the perfect spot for casual gatherings, while the dining area, with seating for eight, is ideal for more formal meals.
The living room, with its cozy sectional, chaise lounger, and two additional sitting chairs, is designed for comfort. A large Smart TV, along with games and blankets, ensures that guests can unwind in style. For added convenience, the home features two laundry rooms—one on each floor.
Downstairs, two queen guest bedrooms, each with an en-suite tub and shower combo, provide private, restful retreats. Upstairs, the landing opens to a sitting area, leading to three more queen guest bedrooms. Each bedroom is meticulously appointed with plush bedding, blackout curtains, dressers, benches, and nightstands equipped with lamps and charging stations, ensuring a blissful night's sleep.
The outdoor space is equally inviting, with a large fenced-in yard perfect for gathering around the grill or enjoying yard games. With ample parking available, Gallop and Gig'em Getaway is not just a place to stay—it's a home away from home, where every detail is designed with your comfort in mind.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
All Events MUST be approved in writing and a fee of $500 minimum in addition of the nightly rate will be required to reserve the house.
1. **Respect the Space:** Please treat our home as you would your own. We kindly ask that you take good care of the property and leave it in the same condition you found it.
2. **No Smoking:** This is a non-smoking home. Smoking inside the townhome or on the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
3. **Shoes Off Upstairs:** To help maintain cleanliness and comfort, please remove your shoes before going upstairs. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the carpets and floors clean.
4. **Pets:** Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been given (SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY). If you have received approval to bring a pet, please ensure they are supervised at all times, kept off furniture, and do not cause any damage.
5. **Quiet Hours:** Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
6. **No Parties or Events:** To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at the townhome.
7. **Check-In/Check-Out:** Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Please adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. **Garbage Disposal:** Please dispose of your garbage in the provided bins. If you're staying for an extended period, we kindly ask that you take the bins to the curb on designated trash collection days.
9. **Respect the Furnishings:** Please do not rearrange furniture or take any items out of the home. If something is broken or damaged during your stay, let us know immediately.
10. **Emergency Contacts:** In case of an emergency, please refer to the contact information provided in the welcome guide.
