The Space:
Must be 25+ to book. Sanitized between stays. Amazing 8-bedroom, 7-bath cabin. 7 bedrooms have private baths. Sleeps 16. The two masters have whirlpool tubs. Half mile from the parkway on flat roads. Two fireplaces. Pool table. Home theater with cable. Extensive DVD and Blu ray selection. Hot tub w/ waterfall feature. 200 Mbps internet. Large dining table seats 13. Close to everything. Cable. Ample parking w/ 2 driveways. Lit parking area. Keurig & regular coffee pot. Keyless entry.

Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone. The Publix grocery store is one mile away and can be accessed on back roads, not requiring driving on the Parkway. Motorcycle friendly parking.

Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc.

Other Things to Note:
Please know all our properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is not permitted inside. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our rental agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1500.

Pet are NOT allowed and any sign of pets will incur fees beginning at $500 per pet.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
