This thoughtfully designed apartment offers three spacious bedrooms, perfect for working professionals or families. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 65-inch TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed and a 65-inch TV, while the third bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed with a 55-inch TV. The second and third bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom located conveniently in the hallway.

The living area is crafted for relaxation, featuring a beige couch and a yellow chair that convert into futon beds for extra guests. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and a dedicated work desk makes remote work easy. For your convenience, trash pickup is available right outside the apartment.

Please note, this unit is located on the third floor, and ONLY access is via stairs as the building does not have an elevator. Guests can indulge in the community’s premium amenities, including a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, a business center, and a barbecue grill area. The pool area is enhanced with fun activities like a large Connect 4, cornhole, and a pool table.
