Entering via the garage, which accommodates two vehicles & provides elevator access you will find a rolling luggage cart waiting for you to ease your luggage carrying. On this beach level you will enjoy a covered patio with hammocks & an open patio featuring Adirondack chairs & an authentic Charleston sugar cane fire pit. A hot/cold outdoor shower & games like dartboard & shuffleboard await.
MAIN LEVEL:
Enter the gr& foyer through 10’ mahogany doors onto solid mahogany floors. This level includes a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, breakfast room, butler's pantry, a theater/billiard/bar room with floor-to-ceiling ocean views & 1 of 3 primary master suites.
LIVING ROOM:
The expansive living room showcases elegant design & luxurious comfort, highlighted by a striking fireplace that reaches the vaulted ceiling. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the ocean-side wall, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Tastefully decorated, the space features several seating areas for 14 guests to relax & socialize, all while enjoying the stunning ocean vistas beyond the covered ver& a.
KITCHEN:
Designed for culinary excellence, the oceanfront kitchen features Calcutta gold marble countertops, two central islands, top-of-the-line appliances, including a Dacor gas range & Wolf ovens. An oceanfront banquette comfortably seats 8-10, perfect for enjoying meals with the beautiful view.
SUNROOM: The sunroom offers a light-filled retreat with dramatic windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
BILLIARD BAR ROOM:
Featuring a custom mahogany bar with an underlit onyx top, this oceanfront space is the ultimate for entertainment, equipped with 4 TVs, Sub Zero appliances, & a pool table.
OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM:
This screened room boasts a stunning stone fireplace, plush seating, & vaulted ceilings, all framed by breathtaking ocean views.
DINING ROOM: With soaring ceilings & floor-to-ceiling windows, the dining room is bathed in natural light, creating a bright ambiance. At its center is a large mahogany dining table, perfect for family gatherings & dinner parties, surrounded by eight plush, high-backed chairs
PRIMARY SUITE 1:
This luxurious suite includes a cozy seating area, a gas fireplace, & an opulent bathroom with marble finishes & a private entrance to the beach.
SECOND LEVEL: 3 suites, oceanfront family room & more…
The oceanfront family room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with a bathroom & private balcony. Primary Suite 2 mirrors the first-floor suite with similar luxurious features. Primary Suite 4 features a queen bed with an en-suite bath, while Guestroom Three has built-in bunk beds.
THIRD LEVEL: Primary Suite 5
Step off the elevator & you will discover the ENTIRE upper floor is an exclusive Master Suite featuring two queen beds, a cozy sitting area, a private bathroom, an eat-in kitchenette & a private balcony to relax all day & night if you like overlooking the stunning Atlantic Ocean.

Rate Notes
Rates are subject to change prior to your booking without notice. quoted are the base rates only and do not include taxes, cleaning fee or insurance waiver. You will see your final price before booking once you have entered your dates and number of guests. 25% is required at booking with balance automatically charged 45 days prior to your arrival. Guests will have a hold put on their credit cards for $2500.00 as a security deposit and will be lifted within 4 days after departure as long as there are no damages to the property or contents during your stay.
