We had 11 Adults and an infant. Everyone had a bed. Everything was in perfect working order in a good neighborhood. Folks out walking dogs and kids playing with other kids. Everyone seemed friendly. Close to shopping centers and food places. The cleaning team missed a few areas but we easily took care of it ourselves with minimal effort. There are many extras provided. Paper towels, TP and coffee items. I would rent here again.

Spent three nights here to see the area and family. The host was very easy to reach out to and responded quickly to our questions. Nice and clean and supplied with everything we needed. Great place and good location.

Several friends and I stayed at the house because we were attending an event at the Kentucky Horse Park. The house really is just off the freeway and a short 15 minutes from the park.

This property was perfect for a large group that required beds for everyone. It was also located near many restaurants and stores. Close to distilleries with easy access to the highway.

I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I never heard back from anyone when I reached out to the property manager about these issues. Hopefully they are busy fixing them because otherwise this house was great for a large group and close to Man O’War Blvd and I-75 and I-64.
There is black mold and water damage in several of the bathrooms and laundry room
Some of the lights are wired backwards and glow slightly when turned all the way off (bedroom straight ahead at the top of the stairs)
Lots of light bulbs are burned out
Several of the faucets are loose where they attach to the counters
Some of the spindles in the railing on the back porch are broken, so we were nervous about letting small kids out there
The downstairs master bath has a plugged drain The toilet in the half bath on the first floor runs.

Our large family stay here very comfortably. We did a couple distilleries and stay the night in Lexington before leaving in the morning for the Ark. We enjoyed the large living room downstairs to watch a movie and near by restaurants for takeout.
Be sure to bring or stop and purchase bath soap and shampoo as this house does not supply any.

We were staying for USPC Exhibition Mounted Games competition at KHP during LRKY3DE and this property was GREAT! I only rated slightly less on cleanliness and description because of a couple of small things. Upon arrival a coupe of things hadn't been taken care of but a quick call and the Property Manager was prompt and courteous! The room/bed schematic was a little off but didn't affect us. We felt appreciated and well cared for! Great shopping and dining close and quick 15 minutes to the Horse Park! Would stay here again as a 1st Choice!

Check-in was super easy and location was perfect. Close to tons of shopping and restaurant options, and extremely convenient to the Kentucky Horse park, downtown Lexington, and the Ark. The property manager answered on the first call when we had a question about adjusting the thermostat for the basement level, and was nice and helpful. The size and layout of the house worked well for our group of 12, but would not have been ideal if we had our full group of 17 (5 had to cancel). One of the upstairs bedrooms with two beds had two twins instead of two queens like the listing. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay overall. Our favorite hang out was the back porch since we grilled a lot!

House has lots of space, plenty of beds to accommodate our group. Location was convenient to lots of parks, shopping and just a short drive to the Ark Encounter.

Overall we loved it. Suited our family get together of 60 and 70 year old siblings. Some specifics... Check-in and out couldn't be easier, communication with the owner was very fast and responsive. The Neighborhood - very nice, quiet and very convenient to every kind of shopping and restaurant. There are excellent walking trails nearby. Kids playing after school but never being noisy or obnoxious, kind of Norman Rockwell. Garage and parking - We didn't use the garage as we didn't need it but the 2 OHDs look too narrow for our full size SUV and sports car. There's easy parking in the drive for 2 cars and lots of street parking. We had no qualms leaving our vehicles on the street , it feels very safe.
House - 3 levels with bedrooms on each. Large family room on bottom floor (with doors to the back yard) that includes a great recliner/sectional. There's also a bedroom and full bath on the lower level. Pro tip! If you want your own bath and privacy on your own floor... claim the downstairs bedroom! There's a half bath on the middle level as well as an en suite BR on the middle level off the kitchen and 3 more bedrooms, a full bath and a small office space on the top level. Also another living room at the mid level main entry. The top level bath has no grab bars while the bottom level bath is well fitted with grab bars and hand held shower head.
Televisions - large new TV's in every room , the remotes all work and there's even spare batteries for remotes in the pantry (yeah!). We never needed batteries but it's so thoughtful to provide spares. BUT all programs are streaming, Prime, Netflix, Apple TV+, YouTube TV etc... there is no over the air programming... so BYOPW. Without your passwords you can't watch much. Furniture is comfy and works well and bedding and towels are all very clean and fresh and very well stocked. The deck off the kitchen is lovely , well furnished and lighted.
The kitchen has everything for cooking (even tho we didn't cook much) and all appliances work well. The refrigerator freezer is large with an excellent ice maker. There's everything you need for coffee making. There are lots of dry spices but no sauces so pick up some Tabasco, mustard, ketchup etc when you make a grocery run. The tap water is excellent and very drinkable. Consumables are well stocked. Lots of TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. We would happily rent again.

We had a fantastic experience. It was easy to check in and out. Everything was as described. It was very clean with more than enough towels. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. I would definitely stay here again!
