If you’re looking for a place to adventure, Ski Hill is just a five-minute drive away and there you will find plenty of hiking and biking trails, tubing and skiing opportunities in the winter months, and a gorgeous lodge overlooking all the fun. In the summer months, you can also watch an evening show at the outdoor amphitheater located just a short walk from the lodge!

The home features a heated driveway for snow free access during the winter months. There is a garage area that is locked off as well as several other rooms and not included in this rental. No garage parking is available.

On January 24, 2017, the Leavenworth City Council adopted the new Bed and Breakfast Ordinance reiterating its existing prohibition on the rental of entire dwellings as vacation rentals. The new Bed and Breakfast Ordinance also legalized the short-term rental of a portion of a person’s home when the property owner lives on- site throughout the visitor’s stay and when the property owner obtains appropriate permits, including a business license. The property owner is also required to collect and remit necessary taxes.
IAW City of Leavenworth Ordinances, the property owner lives on site in a separate ADU.

There is a garage area that is locked off as well as several other rooms and not included in this rental. No garage parking is available. Host lives on premises in separate ADU unit.
There are outdoor security cameras in use at this home. Let us know if you would prefer to have them off during your stay, and they will be disabled
If you are planning to visit during the winter months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as the weather can be unpredictable.
