Home is a ranch plan with a fully fenced yard, nestled in a cul-de-sac.
The main level features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office, a living room, and a dining area that opens to a patio overlooking the backyard and sight to the mountains. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a large island, double ovens, a gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and air fryer. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available on the main level for your convenience.
Main level accommodations include:
Master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom
Bedroom 1 with queen bed
Bedroom 2 with full-over-full bunk bed
Office includes desk and sofa bed with doors to shut for privacy.
The lower level includes two additional bedrooms (each with a king bed) and a full bathroom, plus a large family room complete with a pool table. Enjoy easy access to the walkout patio leading to the backyard, which boasts a basketball/pickleball court, a large turf area, a hot tub with privacy fencing, and a fire pit.
The home offers two driveway parking spaces and a tandem 3-car garage, with additional street parking available.
Two cots are provided for extra sleeping arrangements.
We welcome your dogs and a convenient dog door to the backyard is available.
