DETAILS: Escape to the mountainside at Big Sky’s Low Dog Lodge! Sleeping up to 14 guests, this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom log cabin home is a picturesque retreat with ski-in/ski-out access—only minutes from dining and shopping at Big Sky Resort’s Mountain Village. Imagine cozy nights lounging by the wood-burning fireplace, soaking in the hot tub surrounded by towering evergreens, or sipping cocktails on the upper deck and watching the wildlife.
Exposed log trusses, wood-lined walls, and mountain-inspired adornments provide an aesthetic background inside this gorgeous 3-level mountain home. In the living area, 2 leather sofas and 2 Southwestern-style armchairs sit before the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Snacks and drinks are never far away, thanks to the nearby modern kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar that overlooks the living and dining spaces. Gather the group at the 8-person dining table for a lively dinner beneath the antler chandelier. Afterward, venture outside to sip a nightcap and take in the sprawling wilderness from the covered side deck’s chairs and porch swing. Around the front, the deck extends to a spacious area with plenty of room for kids to play. The primary bedroom features a California king bed and private bathroom. There is 1 guest bedroom with a king bed on this level.
On the bottom level is the comfortable bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin beds, as well as another guest bedroom that has a king bed. The ski room’s ski racks, hooks, and bench make trips to and from the slopes a breeze. Don’t forget to slip outside for a refreshing soak in the private hot tub!
A charming loft space with a queen sleeper sofa, 2 armchairs, and a TV greets guests on the top floor. Through the adjoining door is a guest bedroom with a queen bed.
Enjoy a private chalet experience at Low Dog Lodge in Big Sky. There is parking for up to 6 vehicles, and guests can also use the Skyline Bus shuttle service. For ski-in/ski-out access, take Low Dog Road to Low Dog Run and ski down to Thunder Wolf Lift. Return via Bear Back Run. Book this home today for an unforgettable mountain getaway!
