Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious hallway leading to the main rooms: a cozy living room, a practical toilet, a handy storage room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two of the three bedrooms.
The inviting 17m² living room features a comfortable corner sofa, a lounge chair, and a TV, with a cozy gas stove for warmth in colder months. A dining table seats six, making it ideal for family meals or games.
The separate kitchen includes all essentials: stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and a fridge with freezer, as well as a Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and kettle.
The shower room is next to the kitchen, with a window for ventilation. Since there’s no sink here, two of the three bedrooms each have their sink.
The first two bedrooms have two single beds that can form a double (160x200 cm), wardrobes, and sinks, while the third bedroom, accessible from the living room, is a children’s room with a bunk bed (90x200 cm).
The fenced 240m² garden wraps around the southeast, south, and southwest, with terraces for both sun and shade. Enjoy meals at the garden table with six chairs, or relax in the lounge chairs or under the parasol.
A foldable baby cot, high chair, and space for two pets make this home family-friendly. Convenient parking for two cars is available, making this a perfect base for a relaxing family escape.
Oostkapelle is located on Walcheren, a peninsula in the Dutch province of Zeeland. A holiday home in Oostkapelle is the ideal place to unwind. This cozy village is situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by forests, dunes, and meadows. Just a few minutes away, you will find the beautiful beach, perfect for long beach walks or a refreshing swim.
In the village itself, you will find all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Fresh bread is available at the local bakery, and for daily groceries, you can visit the supermarket. There are also several restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local specialties. And don't forget to grab an ice cream at one of the cozy ice cream parlors! From your holiday home, you can also take beautiful bike rides through the area. Discover picturesque villages, and historic towns, and enjoy the peace and space.
Walcheren has something for everyone. Nature lovers can indulge in the dunes and nature areas such as the Manteling of Walcheren. Here you will find high dunes, wet dune valleys, and dry grass dune lands. Prefer to seek out the hustle and bustle? Then visit one of the nice towns on Walcheren. Capital Middelburg, maritime city Vlissingen, historic Veere, and the tourist attraction Domburg are worth a visit with their historic centers, beautiful shops, and cozy terraces.
Arrivals are available daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and on departure day, guests are asked to vacate the property by 9:30 a.m. The key should then be returned to the same location where it was initially collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bedding; please bring your own.Bed linen and towels are provided in most cases. Your booking details will confirm if this applies.Overnight visitors must be registered in advance and are allowed only with approval, with an additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets may be allowed; this is specified in the property information. Please confirm this option beforehand. As the pet owner, you are responsible for your dog and should ensure it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.Business bookings are available upon request.
