This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom oasis in EAST Boynton Beach is conveniently located mid-way between Palm Beach and Boca Raton, or St. Augustine and Key West. While providing a relaxing tropical vibe, it is 100% turn-key with all newer/comfortable pillowtop mattresses ~ 2 queens and 2 twins. The property also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa in the den and in the living room. Additionally, new interior/exterior paint, wall-to-wall wood flooring, plush bedroom carpeting, crown molding, and ceiling fans can all be enjoyed. Abundant quality towels/linens and luxurious down/feather pillows are provided {including a super-soft, queen-size heated blanket with dual controls}. There are two attractive room dividers/folding screens that can be used for extra privacy around the sleeper sofas or between the twin beds and a Sound Spa {acoustic relaxation machine} for the light sleeper. The large HEATED {November to May} swimming pool is set at a very comfortable 88 degrees, not in the low-to-mid 80's like most others ~ always ask before renting or your kids may refuse to get in the water! Both the pool and DELUXE hot tub have LED color-changing lights. The hot tub also sports numerous therapeutic jet cycles an actual waterfall, and cushioned headrests. Fun flotation devices, rafts {with electric pumps if needed}, water toys, padded lounge chairs, reclining beach chairs, beach mats, beach towels, tote bags, and coolers are all provided. The porch, patio, and lanai boast a Weber charcoal grill, bar area with stool, bar cart, television, rattan furniture, and two dining areas to enjoy outdoor meals pool-side if desired. There are 6 flat-screen televisions with 294 satellite/local channels including a 60" in the living room, a 42" in the master "Caribbean" bedroom, a 40" Smart TV in the "Hawaii" bedroom, and a 32" Roku TV in the "Bahamas" bedroom. Additionally, Xfinity "Flex" for streaming thousands of awesome shows/movies is available on the den TV with your subscription and offers tons of free content. The property provides free WiFi {Xfinity's "Fast" plan with a 500 Mbps download speed} throughout it.

This is a completely fenced property on a private street in a non-gated community. Best of all, both the pool and hot tub are for private use only ~ NO 'community' sharing with strangers! Numerous popular restaurants and excellent shopping are less than a couple miles away. Local guide books are provided for your convenience. However, it's unlikely you'll want to leave this gorgeous property very often to explore so much the area has to offer!

Also, some entire towns {i.e., Boca Raton/Ocean Ridge/Palm Beach} prohibit ALL short-term rentals and Delray Beach has extremely tight restrictions. Our Boynton Beach property is NOT located in a subdivision and/or prohibited from renting short-term. There is a zero chance that you will be reported by a neighbor, visited by a code enforcement officer, and immediately evicted for renting our home illegally. We are LICENSED {all 5 required/current permit numbers available upon request} and fully-regulated by the City of Boynton Beach/County of Palm Beach/State of Florida/Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Be aware that most Vrbo hosts in Florida are not properly licensed! If an owner or manager asks you to pretend that you are a "friend" or "relative" while renting, walk away before you pay anything and find a LEGAL rental. This is for your own protection. Popular holidays include Valentine's Day {$100 if BOTH Valentine's Day and President's Day are included}, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, etc. Again, this is for "EACH night of the reservation", NOT just the holidays. The above Holiday Premiums also apply if the reservation is part of a HOLIDAY WEEKEND whether the actual holiday is included or not. Holiday Premiums are also Non-Negotiable. However, they are waived on rentals of 28 nights or more. The posted rates do NOT include Holiday Premiums and are NOT reflected in the itemized total provided at booking due to a software issue with this site. They are manually added to the reservation prior to it being accepted.

PET FEE: Dogs Only Allowed ~ Flat $50 Fee Per Dog. There is no limit on the amount of dogs, the size of dogs, the weight of dogs, or the breed of dogs. However, all dogs must be completely house-broken, totally flea-free, very well-behaved, and crated if/when necessary.

DISCOUNTS: Our best rates are those posted and are FIRM. As a 5-star rated and fully-licensed property, we do not offer any "last minute" deals, specials, etc., other than that posted. {Discount is invalid if a holiday or holiday weekend is included}. All rate reduction requests are automatically considered SPAM and blocked/deleted with no reply. Accordingly, we kindly ask all travelers to please respect our very competitive posted rates.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time {never earlier as a courtesy to our excellent cleaning staff} and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time, OR guest can choose a 6:00 P.M. check-in and a 1:00 P.M. check-out. The later option must be chosen BEFORE the rental agreement is drafted.
