About this apartment rental
American kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee
machine. There is also a washer dryer and fridge freezer. The double bedroom
is light and airy with a queen sized bed (UK king), fitted wardrobes, a small
safe for your valuables, air-conditioning unit plus a ceiling fan and bifold doors
onto the terrace. The bathroom benefits from a large walk-in shower. The
lounge has an impressive vaulted ceiling with fan, bifold doors onto the terrace,
breakfast bar with 2 chairs, large sofa plus a wall mounted TV. The best is the
south and south west facing terrace, from which you can enjoy spectacular
sunsets. There are blinds to keep out the sun should you prefer. The terrace also
has a large dining table and 4 chairs, 4 armchairs with cushions, a drinks table
and a ceiling fan. This small complex of just 10 apartments has its own private
swimming pool with loungers. Should you chose to hire a car, there is your own
dedicated parking space
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on the terrace.
There is a generous allowance of 15 units for electricity.
A/C and fans should be used economically.
Landline telephone for local calls and incoming international calls.
Weekly maid service included for stays of 10 days and over.
Extra maid service available at an extra cost paid locally.
