• 20 min drive to Universal Studios, Disneyland, Dodger Stadium, Santa Monica Beach, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the snow.
These renovated 1600 sq. ft. 3 Bed/2 Bath units provides a festive atmosphere with chic decor. Inside this home you’ll find a real Mexican vibe. Tastefully furnished, free onsite parking, and steps from shopping and great restaurants.
2 Kitchens - Renovated w/ stainless steel appliances. Includes stocked coffee bar, spices, and all the cookware needed to make a gourmet meal.
3 Bedrooms – Queen size, high-end mattresses
Backyard – backyard with space to relax and soak up the sun.
Queen Floor Mattress or Queen Air Bed – For guests who have a group of 8 individuals, a Queen Airbed or Queen Floor Mattress will be provided depending on what is available. It will be provided if requested. You must notify me of your need for an Airbed/Floor Mattress in advance.
Entertainment -- Super High Speed Starlink WIFI and 4 HDTVs with Roku streaming devices (guest mode).
Laundry: Washer and dryer units are located inside and outside of the properties with all the detergent and fabric softener you'll need.
Parking: free parking available onsite.
*Complimentary coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash and conditioner are provided.
You are booking the main house and cottage of our triplex property.
The main house's entrance is through the front door with a smart lock. The Cottage house entrance is through the driveway gate; follow signs to walk around the path to the door. Your code will be sent to you within 3 days of your arrival.
There is a Studio unit attached to our Cottage, which has a long-term tenant, who is super sweet and helpful.
Guests are also welcome to use 4 complimentary bikes that are in the shed.
You have 100% privacy for both units throughout your stay.
A 24/7 guest support phone number will be provided in the check-in instructions.
4 min (1.1 mi) to Rosebowl by car or 20 min (1.0 mi) in walking distance.
Please ensure that you carefully read and understand the House Rules. Violations may result in an additional fee or cancellation/eviction from the property at the host's discretion.
All-out parties and binge-drinking types of events are NOT allowed. If you need clarification on whether your gathering is permitted, please inquire before booking.
These units are in a very quiet neighborhood and we would like to keep it this way.
If you need to check-in earlier than my listed check-in time or need to check-out later than my listed check-out time, our cleaners charge $25 per hour that will be collected after booking.
