This 1st Floor Luxury Duplex Apartment is beautifully modern, light and airy, the main Living Room area hosting a 65” Flat Screen SMART HD TV. In addition, each room in the apartment has its own integrated Sonos music system for music streaming and internet radio. Each bedroom is served by its own large Flat Screen HD TV and also its own mini fridge.
The spacious kitchen/dining area has a large Double/Oven Range Cooker, a Microwave, American Style Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Drier and Dish Washer.
Guests will also have access to a large roof top terrace area with outdoor garden furniture and can be accessed via the French doors in the Living Room area or from a door in the kitchen
The Kitchen/Dining area can comfortably seat 6 people and has its own integrated Sonos music system and large Flatscreen TV
The Modern Contemporary Bathroom offers a full size Bath, Separate Shower, Wash Basin, WC and Flatscreen TV.
The St Clements neighbourhood sits nestled in one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan areas of the city served by many Bars, Restaurants and Shops in the immediate vicinity of the Apartment and also on the nearby and well renowned Cowley Road. 5 minutes walk gives access to the beautifully historic green and peaceful Angel & Greyhound meadow with easy access to long country walks leading into the Oxford University Parks. 10 minutes walk crossing over the historic Magdalen Bridge and up the City High Street takes you directly in to the famous City Centre with all that it has to offer from sight seeing, history, culture, cinemas, theatres, shops, bars and restaurants.
Buses run frequently outside on the main street into the City Centre and other areas of Oxford.
