***Despite our best efforts to control and minimize insects on the island, it's possible you may still encounter some. If you do see any pests, please notify us immediately. Your comfort and safety are our top priority.***

***You may see stray cats or dogs around, but they are friendly. Neighbors often take care of them, though sometimes they might get lost from home.***

We want to highlight and support our community and share some of the true Puerto Rico history with all our guests. Each apartment has a unique mural painted by a local artist providing a visual representation of Puerto Rico! 20% of all proceeds are being donated back to support local charities.

We hope to share a little Puerto Rican history you may not already know in a fun and artistic way during your stay!
