Tucked behind an electric gate at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Innisfree is a serene retreat just a few minutes stroll to Dalkey’s many pubs, restaurants, boutiques, shops and the seafront.
Less than 5 minutes to the rapid transit (DART) station connecting you to Dublin city center in under a half hour, with many entertaining stops all along Dublin Bay from Greystones to Howth.
Originally a cottage built in the early 1800s, Innisfree has been completely renovated to provide all the amenities of modern living while retaining its classic charm.
The ground floor features a bright entrance hall with timber floors, leading to a large reception room with an electric fire, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and family area with access to a sunny patio and garden. A utility room and guest cloakroom complete the downstairs layout.
Upstairs, a bright landing leads to three bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite, and a large family bathroom. The home benefits from gas-fired underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs.
Entertainment is provided via very fast Wifi, four Samsung Frame TVs, a Sonos sound speaker via Bluetooth and remotes for everything.
This property is typically reserved for use by studios, as Dalkey is a popular destination for those involved in the film industry. It's only available for rent when not in use by the owners or for film production.
