For the adults, the Formosa Wine Company is a short walk away where you can plan a tasting and stroll through the serene vineyards. If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located a short drive from the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland, among all the rest.
Inside this newly built home, your private sanctuary awaits, each space designed to transport you to a carefree state of mind with comfortable amenities and stunning views of the resort's lush surroundings. Sink into plush sofa seating in the coastal-themed living room, bingeing episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. The sparkling kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy quartz countertops, and bright white cabinetry accented with brushed nickel hardware. Whip up delicious homestyle meals or leave the cooking to a local restaurant, enjoying your fare at the island on casual seating for 3 or gathered around the table for a more formal dining experience surrounded by loved ones. Of course, no vacation here would be complete without creating your own delicious beverages, made easy courtesy of the Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker you’ll find ready and waiting for you.
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.
The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
HOUSE RULES:
• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
• Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
