Just a 5-minute drive away is the trendy neighborhood of South Lamar, filled with restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and entertainment, making it one of Austin’s busiest neighborhoods. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, built-in work desk, and an optional air mattress.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for 1 vehicle in a dedicated parking stall, with additional parking on the street as needed.
• This home is equipped with a Ring security camera located on the front door.
• Please note that pets are not permitted in this home.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Austin, minutes from surrounding restaurants, cafes, and landmarks. The area is diverse and holds the authenticity that Austin is so proud of. You’ll be within easy reach of Austin’s popular attractions like the Texas State Capitol, Congress Bridge Bats, and the Greetings from Austin Mural. Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board and kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake and nature trails boast a two-mile loop perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll.
