About this villa rental
Essentially on one level, it comprises a fully-equipped open kitchen (American refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, ice maker), a storeroom with washing machine and second refrigerator.
The kitchen opens onto a large dining room and a bright living room.
On the night side, the main part includes 3 bedrooms (a master suite with 180 x 200 bed, dressing room, bathroom with shower, bath and toilet), (2 large bedrooms with 160 x 200 bed) a bathroom with toilet and Italian shower.
Upstairs, a 25 m2 room with 2 80 x190 beds and Tropézienne terrace.
An independent 35 m2 studio comprises 2 rooms (a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, and a living room with a 140 x 190 sofa bed), a bathroom and a toilet.
In all, 5 bedrooms with French windows open onto the terrace, garden and swimming pool.
Outside, you'll enjoy a dining area with a large table, a summer kitchen with sink, plancha and hob, overlooking a magnificent free-form swimming pool measuring 11m x 5 m, bordered by a spacious terrace with 8 sun loungers and parasols.
Numerous pétanque courts 5 minutes away, beaches and golf course (18 holes on 40 hectares) 15 minutes away.
Ideal location for visiting the Golf de Saint Tropez and surrounding villages.
The villa is a 5-minute walk from the village center, which has all amenities (bakeries, cafés, restaurants, mini-markets, butcher's, pharmacy, doctor, etc.).

HOUSEHOLD CHARGES IN THE AMOUNT OF €280 MANDATORY TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE ACCOMMODATION KEYS (these charges cover the housework done by a cleaning company as well as the linen which is cleaned at the dry cleaners so that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place).
DURING YOUR STAY :
--> To notify us of any damage or breakage.
--> No overflow will be accepted. Please respect the neighbors and the noise level in the evenings and mornings.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Please :
--> Empty all garbage cans before you leave.
--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.
--> To keep the sanitary facilities clean.
--> Throw away or take away any food that has already been eaten.
If the accommodation is returned dirty, we will charge you the following fee: 280 € on departure in addition to the compulsory cleaning fee on arrival.
Linen provided for the duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless booked in advance at extra cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 comforter cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath sheet per person
- 1 bath mat per SDS
- 2 tea towels
In the event of loss of keys / beep / badges given or breakage of a lock, the cost of changing the lock and duplicates will be charged to the tenant.
Parties are forbidden in the accommodation for the respect of the neighbors.
No smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
Parents are responsible for their children's access to and supervision of the swimming pool.
