The "Strandhaus" is a 6-room villa spanning 200 square meters on the ground floor. The spacious and bright accommodation boasts a very modern and stylish furnishing style. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and provides access to the terrace. There is a children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen). Another room features 1 double fold-away bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Additionally, there are two more rooms, one with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen), and the other with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm).
Amenities Included
The villa boasts a large kitchen-living room spanning 30 square meters, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and steamer. It also features an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, bar, and hi-fi system, with an exit leading to the garden. There are 2 bathrooms, showers, and WCs. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating, and outdoor spaces include a small terrace (20 square meters) and a large terrace (60 square meters) with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 3 deck chairs, offering a beautiful view of the sea.
