THE SPACE
Relaxed coastal style 2-bedroom property, 1-bathroom (toilet, shower and washing machines & dryer), large lounge area with plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen. This property is on the main road of Anna Bay with street parking out the front. The property opens onto a large outdoor area with locked gates and high fencing. You can bring your bikes/ surfboards / scooters and fishing gear knowing they can be securely locked inside the yard when not being used.

LINEN:
All linen supplied -High quality bed linen and bathroom towels are provided along with extra bedding and pillows essential for a welcomed stay. All we ask is that you pack your own beach towels.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Please note by booking this property you agree to the full terms and conditions.
Strictly;
No Parties,
No functions/events/large gatherings,
No Schoolies
The responsible renter MUST be 25 years of age or over and anyone under 25 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No loud late noise after 10pm
and the house MUST be looked after and left tidy.
Failure to adhere to our terms and house rules will result in large fees.
This property is managed locally by the manager Meredith, who is
available should you have any questions during your stay.
(The property has ONE exterior security camera to monitor the front entry gate)
