We wanted to create a space that fed the eyes with funk. If you're traveling to NYC, you want to be able to say you stayed in a cool-ass Airbnb? Well, this is it.

Located on the second floor of a 1879 pre-war Upper East Side Townhouse, this cozy studio features 13 foot high ceilings, huge windows, 5-star quality linens and sheets, a fully stocked kitchen.

The space features a queen sized bed with a custom made, green upholstered headboard. The sofa becomes a twin sized bed which can sleep a grown adult or two small children.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. This includes salt/pepper/and coffee. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with great water pressure, (and more green walls to admire).

Are you traveling for work or working from home? We equipped the space with a premium West Elm desk for your WFH needs.

During the summer months, from May 15th to November 30th, air conditioning is available in the unit. This will ensure a comfortable and cool environment during your stay.
Guests have access to the entire space.

The Upper East Side has long been considered one of the most desirable locations to live in Manhattan.

Central Park is in its backyard and quaint shops and bars weave through the streets of the Upper East Side.

On every street corner you can find gourmet grocery markets, restaurants and bars that cater to the neighborhood’s large residential tenancy. Local amenities include restaurants, convenience stores, movie theaters and retail. The Upper East Side also offers numerous boutiques and art galleries on Madison Avenue and the proximity of Central Park makes this area very enjoyable for families and residents. For shopping, Bloomingdale’s is located on 59th Street and Lexington Avenue and many stores such as Zara, and H&M surround the area.
For food and dinning, enjoy great restaurants such as the French restaurant Orsay, Amaranh and the restaurant of the famous chef Daniel Boulud on 20 East 76th Street.

During the summer months, from May 15th to November 30th, air conditioning is available in the unit. This will ensure a comfortable and cool environment during your stay.

Notable medical centers in the area include: Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and Gracie Square Hospital.

Please note that there is no real pet koala.

Max occupancy of the Green Room is 3.

Guests that do not recycle are subject to a $115 fine.

There is no laundry in the unit or building. We can arrange free laundry pickup/delivery for you.

There is a noise sensor in the unit to ensure there is no loud music is being played. This is a residential building. Violators of our no loud music policy will incur a nuisance fee of $99.

If you are booking for 10 days or longer, we require a weekly cleaning of the apartment. The additional cleaning is $149 and is charged via the Airbnb resolution center.

No smoking in the unit.

If you are renting the Green Room for a photoshoot or content creation, please message us first.

There is an early check-in fee of $49 for check-ins earlier than 3 PM.
Any early check-ins or late checkouts must be authorized by the host. Unauthorized late checkouts of 11:20 or later will incur a $149 inconvenience. fee.

Bookings for this listing are restricted to individuals who are 25 years of age or older.
