This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.
Absolutely no smoking in the home. Any signs of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
By booking this property, you agree to comply with City of Goodyear Code of Ordinances Article 8-2 (the “Goodyear Ordinance”). Pursuant to the Goodyear Ordinance, this property requires a sex offender background check and you agree to provide any additional information required to confirm your eligibility to make this booking
