Very run down. There were workers staying there and must have been for a longer term situation because they were loud and drinking and going back and forth between all the rooms until very early hours of the morning. Bed had or carpeting had fleas. Had many bites. Not a great stay.

1.There is a discrepancy with the checkin time shown on Hotels.com as being 1pm. We arrived shortly before 1 pm, but was told they we’re still cleaning rooms and would not be open for checkin until about 3 pm.
2. Coffee pot provided, but but no coffee or cups for coffee( luckily we brought our own Keurig).
3. Light on one side of the bed and desk did not work (was not the bulbs, we checked).
5. The door going out to the back of the facility was always open/unlocked. Not sure if it even locked when closed. That is a security issue!

The room was generous, clean, comfortable. I would stay there again. I was skeptical about the claim that you could see Mt Shasta from the hotel but it was true. Thanks for helping make our trip as effortless as possible.

as always, this motel is reasonably priced, clean, quiet and near our favorite mountain, Mt Shasta, which is in view at the motel. the same people greet us there as it has been for many years. we'll be back.

The motel is close to freeway and it is noisy. The staff is not friendly. The property is not in good condition.

The air conditioning did not cool and it was 90 degrees outside. the tv remote did not work (only turned the tv on and off). website says coffee maker in the room, there is but no coffee or cups. front desk said we had to come down there for coffee in the morning. Bed sheets were lumpy and mattress was not comfortable. There was no soap, only an empty package! And 1 bottle of shampoo. Food was discovered on the floor by our dog. He likes to bring things he knows he’s not supposed to eat directly to us. I do not recommend this place for the price. It’s not that cheap.

Old property that's never been updated.Dirty inside and out with worn furnishings from the 1970s. Unpleasant manager, yet somehow they can charge $100 a night mid-week. Starbucks and McDonalds next door.

This was a last-minute booking for us on our way to Oregon. Overall it was a great place to stop and rest. Fast food and Gas stations are readily available. The owner woke up around 1 AM to check us in. Beautiful location with Mt Shasta as a backdrop.

The main problem is that the building is very old, they need a lot of work, refurnish all the rooms, it is not clean. It smell like fish, I did not feel safe and it looks dirty. The bottle of shampoo was empty, the towels yellow and old. the most scary was the old paintings on the room, we couldn't sleep well. My kids were very scared all the time

This place was filthy! The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in years. The tv didn’t work, the ac window unit was covered in dust, no soap, the whole building is in total disrepair and worst of all the room smelled like pickles???
