This property is located approx. 10 mins walk away from Maidstone Town Centre. There are many stores which you can visit at Fremlin Walk and a few of those are Schuh, Hotel Chocolat, Miss Selfridge, Fraser Hart, Claire's, River Island. There are also good restaurants around the area, some are Coxheath Cafe, Spice Lounge, The Horseshoes, Walnut Tree and The Chequers Inn.
There's a key box outside the house of Sunny Terrace by Kasar Stays so guests can pick up keys any time after 4pm.
Keybox Code will be sent between 3.30 and 4pm, unless early check in has been requested and paid.
This sunny and spacious house, Sunny Terrace by Kasar Stays sleeps up to 7 guests and located on 3 floors with lounge, diner and kitchen on ground floor, Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite on 2nd floor, Bedroom 2 with 3 single beds on 1st floor, one main bathroom with shower attached and toilet on 2nd floor, 2 single beds in Bedroom 3 in the basement. Decked garden space out at the back
For free parking please note that we pay for the cost of parking at the public car park located at Municipal Car Park. We will only cover parking for the duration of your booking, starting from the ETA you provide, on a 24 hourly basis. Please be aware that if you overstay the the time limit, you will be liable for any additional costs.

Maidstone West Train Station is 1.2 miles away from the house, which can take you directly to other towns along the River Medway, and where you can catch a high-speed train to London.
Maidstone East Train Station which can also take you to London Victoria, Ramsgate and Bromley South is 0.6 miles away or 15 mins walk from the house.
There are also plenty of bus stops near you which can get you to other areas of Maidstone, as well as other Medway towns. There are also connections to Bluewater, the UK's largest shopping centre!
