Every space in this beach house has been designed to fully embrace the seaside experience, blending a chic and relaxing atmosphere.
LEVEL 1: (Interior)
- Secure entrance with camera and alarm system.
- Cozy multimedia living room.
- Elegant dining room with seating for up to 12 guests.
- Large contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 cooktops, and 2 dishwashers.
- Large laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
- 2 guest toilets.
Exterior:
- Lounge area on the covered terrace, ideal for casual outdoor dining or enjoying a sunset drink.
- Solarium with daybeds for relaxing to the sound of the waves.
- Direct access to the beach.
LEVEL 2:
- 1 junior suite of 200 sq ft with sea view terrace, king size bed and private bathroom.
- 1 junior suite of 200 sq ft with king size bed and private bathroom.
LEVEL 3:
- 2 junior suites of 210 sq ft with sea view terrace, king size bed and private bathroom.
- 1 junior suite of 190 sq ft with king size bed and private bathroom.
- 1 junior suite of 190 sq ft with two single beds and private bathroom.
Two parking spaces are available, suitable for one small car and one large car. However, the space does not allow for parking two large cars.
Housekeeping is included every 3 days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
You will be welcomed by our concierge team, who will be available during your stay to share local recommendations and assist with any requests:

The Grand Case neighborhood is exceptional and highly sought after. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and authentic charm, it is the gastronomic heart of the French side of Saint Martin, offering a wide variety of fine dining restaurants and local boutiques.
You will also find a pharmacy and bakery nearby, as well as several beach clubs close to the villa, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea.
The house is located just:
- 5 minutes by car from Grand Case Airport and 40 minutes from Juliana International Airport.
- 1 minute on foot from Rainbow and Captain Frenchie beach restaurants.
- 5 minutes on foot from the fine dining restaurants of Grand Case.
While Grand Case is a lively village, it is recommended to have a car if you plan to explore other beaches and activity centers on the island.
Mogador Beach House is equipped with:
A water tank to prevent any water shortages and an electrical generator.
A security system with alarms and video surveillance.
You will also find:
A safe in each junior suite.
A crib available for each junior suite upon request.
Additionally, you have the option to:
Convert the king-size beds into twin beds upon request.
Connect certain junior suites with each other upon request.
