The first floor, spanning 1,907 sq. ft., includes a spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed, a 45” Smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom. The living room boasts a larger 50” Smart TV, a convenient half bath, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor space, covering 1,373 sq. ft., offers its own dining and living areas, adorned with lush planters, and grants exclusive access to the Marine Collection swimming pool through a private entrance.
Ascending to the second floor, measuring 2,093 sq. ft., you'll find the master bedroom, complete with a King-sized bed, a 45” Smart TV, a comfortable living area, a safe for your valuables, and an en suite bathroom. This floor also houses a second bedroom with two twin beds, a 45” Smart TV, and its own en suite. The living room on this level features a 50” Smart TV and a terrace equipped with a convenient half bath and an outdoor living area with scenic garden views.
