In less than 20 minutes, you can play tennis or pickleball at one of the many well-maintained courts at the Walter B. Williams Park or visit many of Milledgeville’s charming attractions, including Georgia’s Old Governor’s Mansion and Milledgeville Historic District. On the Rocks is an easy drive to the many surrounding universities and colleges, including Georgia College & State University, Georgia Military College, and Central Georgia Technical College.

All TVs, located in every bedroom and living room, are Smart TVs or equipped with Rokus. General Info:
Guests may tie off boats & jet skis but cannot use power lifts. There is a manual jet ski lift and mooring whips. No Events, No parties unless approved by Lakeside Property Management. Quiet hours are from 10PM-9AM.

Guest access:
Guest will be able to access the entire house including the terrace-level and Pavilion/Cookhouse. The garage and secondary storage building is off limits and locked for safety. There are also a few locked closets and cabinets at the property for owner and property storage. To ensure your safety, please also refrain from climbing on the natural boulders throughout the property.

There is a Walmart in Eatonton near 15 minutes away and a Kroger in Milledgeville approx. 20 minutes away from the property. The nearest boat ramp access is at Twin Bridges Marina is a 10 minute drive.
